Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood. Lights & Heating: 💡❄️ Turn off all lights, appliances, AC (all 3 rooms), stove, and ceiling fans. No Mail or Package Deliveries: Mail and package deliveries are not allowed at the property No loud noise or music past 9 PM Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curlers, and laptop chargers from the socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off the stove, oven. Adult supervision of children on the property at all times. No Shoes inside the property. No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside or outside the home. No Damage to Property: Please do not damage or alter the walls, furniture, or fixtures in any way. Any broken or damaged items must be reported and may result in a charge. Cleanliness: Please leave the home in a tidy condition. No parties or events. • Check-in time is 4 PM •Checkout time is 10 AM. There are no cameras inside the home. No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc. No Pets These guidelines are in place to help us maintain the highest quality of stay for all our guests.
